Arbonne
In 1965, (the year I was born:), this company was so ahead of it’s time! They were “GREEN” long before it became a marketing phenomenon it is today. I use the energy fizz sticks, my favorite flavor is pomegranate. It takes the edge off of my hunger and gives me tons of energy in the middle of the day. The Makeup primer is hands down the best I have ever used and it’s SAFE, no chemicals! YAY!! 

Beyond Yoga
I won’t wear any other brand, PERIOD. I LOVE what this company stands for! They send  a message of inclusivity because they want everyone to embrace who they really are! YES! Female founded and run! YES,YES! They represent ALL SHAPES & SIZES of women in their ads and in their catalogue. My favorite is the Spacedye material….you can wear it all day and into bed. SOOOO Comfy. Try the high waisted Spacedye leggings. Some people have a shoe fetish, mine is Beyond Yoga Clothes!

I use Peppermint in my water for digestion and to have clean smelling breath. On Guard is a favorite of mine to ward off germs and I use it mostly during the winter months and when traveling. Serenity in my diffuser at bedtime helps me to sleep. Balance & Hope blends bring a smile to my face every time I apply them.  

Joi Cafe
I love what this business stands for, GO VEGAN! Try the Macro Bowl. Don’t forget the golden latte. They educate their customers with informational videos on the Cafe TV, the statistics will BLOW YOUR MIND. You don’t have to be vegan to eat here. It’s just fantastic food, the fact that it’s vegan is just a giant plus.  

Juice Ranch
Locally owned. They make ALL OF THEIR JUICES ON SITE. The Greens and Ginger juice is my absolute favorite. Try a Scotty’s Mint Chip smoothie, it hits the spot and stays with you for awhile…It takes the edge off my hunger it’s so nutritious and filling.  

Pura Vita
JUST GO. Taste this delicious food…you will not regret it!! The baked ricotta with Ciabatta bread is like you died and went to heaven or found samadhi. Try the candied brussel sprouts & sautéed swiss chard. My mouth waters as I type this up.

I love Jay & his attitude towards make up and beauty. Not only does he keep my unruly eyebrows shapely,  I have him do my make up on special occasions and sometimes just for fun. Jay is personable and a master at bringing out your best features with his brush strokes.
